We were asked if we could quickly transform a large meeting space in an Aylesford Distribution Centre into a Covid-19 Testing Centre. The requirement was to install a new temporary hard floor and 12 individual testing booths. Each booth had separation screens to shield the patient and testing teams.
From being instructed, procuring the materials, and completing the installation ready to start testing, the project was delivered in just five days.
Durabilis were approached in mid December to quickly supply and install new flooring into a sports hall ready to convert to a temporary vaccination centre for the NHS.

The NHS team inspected the completed works and were very impressed with the speed and finish that Durabilis delivered allowing the Vaccination centre to be ready on time.
Conversion of vacated corporate headquarters foyer into a reception area suitable for multi occupancy business tenants.
Create a welcoming reception with a clean, contemporary, look and feel.
The area was stripped back to bare walls with the previous occupants branding removed. The Durabilis team then installed a new bespoke designed and built reception desk and security pod complete with Covid-19 compliant removable screens, new decoration, and furniture.
The area was completed with a stunning living wall moss landscape and branding.
As a result of the Nteractive business expanding, more office space was required. The ground floor that was previously occupied by a tenant became available. With the acquisition of the additional floor, Nteractive instructed Durabilis to repurpose the space to create a suite of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and upholstered phone booths.
The full works consisted of, stripping out the existing area ready to receive new ceilings, sound proofed glass fronted meeting rooms, and two fully upholstered sound damped phone booths. The relocation of services within the space allowed for the addition of a kitchen.
To complete the new look, a contemporary glass entry door was installed within the lobby, new flooring laid throughout, and the communal areas receiving a new paint scheme,
This project gave the Durabilis team new and exciting challenges working with new materials to create a crisp modern look.
